| 1927 Meeting
Notes of Our First Troop Meeting:
By unanimous vote it has been
decided that the City of Anchorage, Kentucky should have a
Boy Scouts of America Troop. With consent of the
Anchorage Presbyterian Church, BSA Troop 110 is hereby
chartered on December 31, 1927. |

| Anchorage Troop 110
has a long history participating in Boy Scouts of America.
Back in 1927, Dewey P. Seyforth and Darparcyle Jones
submitted and application and was accepted to charter the
first Scout Troop in a 14 mile area. |
