Recap!

We now have our official scout schedule for this spring.

The schedule is on your left under "Special Events", and it has three changes.

The next meeting has been moved to Wednesday, with a 6:30pm start time

Mulch delivery has been added to the schedule on March 24th.

Finally, our campout has been added on April 21-22.

We had a very interesting meeting Sunday afternoon going through a completely gutted house which is undergoing massive renovation.

Mr. Steve Smith discussed his business of buying, renovating and selling properties.  The scouts ended the meeting calculating the square footage of the property.

Thanks to Glenn Davis for organizing the trip.

We will go back in a couple of months when the house has been completed.

Scouts wishing to pursue the Entrepreneur merit badge were given sheets with instructions describing how they can do that.

The merit badge requires work outside of the meetings.

Troop Meeting - Wednesday January 25th

We have a meeting, tomorrow, Wed, Jan 25th starting at 6:30pm at Anch Pres.

Please wear your uniform to this meeting!

This meeting includes our annual elections. All scouts should attend to be eligible for a position within the Troop.

Please talk to your sons about seeking positions of leadership within the Troop.

If your son is interested in Senior Patrol Leader (top scout position), please let me know ahead of time.

We have also invited a representative from the Council to come and receive individual donations for "Friends of Scouting".

This also requires max attendance by adults!!  Don't forget your check books!

If you can't make the meeting, you may send in a check made out to "Friends of Scouting" with your son.

This money helps offset the expenses of many activities provided by the Council.

Karen Marks will be organizing the pizza and ice cream party at this meeting

to celebrate the Troop's fund raising success from Popcorn Sales.

Thanks to Eric Bush and Peary Farrar for the great work motivating everyone to participate!
